Scotch Rocks
Scotch rocks are cubes of granite from the quarries of Scotland.
Usually Scotch whisky is cooled by adding cubes of ice. This dilutes the flavour of the whisky.
The cubes are polished and presented as gifts to Scotch drinkers. They refrigerated and then added to the whisky , to cool it without diluting the taste.
